Lifeboat Distribution is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill a Field Based Regional Sales Manager position. In this role a Regional Sales Manager’s (“RSM”) primary focus is building and maintaining relationships with new and existing DMR/VAR customers. The RSM serves as an extension of Lifeboat’s vendor partners. The RSM is responsible for sales, partner enablement and education, execution of field-based marketing programs, and providing a high level of quote to order services to the DMR/VAR. The RSM is responsible for overall sales within the region. In addition to owning DMR/VAR relationships, the RSM is responsible for driving sales growth, market share, and gross margin. The RSM should maintain knowledge of diverse industry trends and technologies, and routes to market. The RSM is responsible for developing and maintain an excellent working knowledge of partner processes including: partner price methods, registrations, discount pricing practices and expectations regarding all quote to order actions.
